Welcome to the FAQ section. As a direct manufacturer of office, commercial, and catering pavilions, we have gathered answers to the most frequently asked questions here to make planning and executing your investment easier.
Order Process and Costs
The fastest way is to use our online calculator or contact us directly by phone. After determining the specifications, we will send you a ready quote for approval.
The generated amount is the net price for the structure itself and the selected standard equipment. The final quote will include transport costs and any additional work (e.g. non-standard assembly, ground preparation). Every project undergoes a final verification by our technician.
The calculator covers our most popular options. If you are planning a pavilion with an unusual shape, additional installations, or specific ALU glazing, we will prepare an individual offer based on your sketch or description.
We usually respond to inquiries sent via the contact form within 24-48 hours.
Yes, the production process starts after the agreed advance payment is booked. The remaining amount is settled upon delivery or assembly.
It is not necessary. We rely on proven technical solutions, and all visual and functional details are agreed upon together prior to production.
Production, Transport and Assembly
The standard completion time is between 3 and 5 weeks. For clients who need a quick delivery, we offer an express option (approx. 1.5 weeks). The production process includes frame welding, sandwich panel cladding assembly, and finishing of joinery and flashings.
Units up to 3 meters wide (transport dimension) are delivered as fully completed, turnkey modules. Larger projects and multi-module sets are assembled from prefabricated segments directly on site, ensuring tight joints and aesthetic trims.
This is a crucial element. The vehicle with a HIAB crane requires a hardened access road at least 3.5 m wide and clear space above the unloading area (no power lines or branches). The unloading area itself should allow for extending the side outriggers (approx. 6-8 m wide).
A stable and level base is required. We recommend:
• Concrete blocks (placed point-wise according to our layout scheme) – the fastest and most cost-effective option.
• Concrete screed or paving stones – for permanent structures.
• Foundation slab – for large multi-module assemblies.
Definitely yes. We use high-grade sandwich panels with a 100 mm polyurethane (PIR/PUR) core. Their thermal transmittance coefficient (U = 0,22 W/m²K) ensures that the building heats up quickly and retains heat for a long time, which significantly reduces electricity bills for heating and air conditioning.
Legal Aspects and Operation
According to construction regulations, pavilions up to 35 m² (and in some cases up to 70 m²) usually do not require a full building permit, but only a notification to the local building authority, as they are treated as temporary or utility structures. However, we recommend checking with your local authority regarding compliance with local spatial development plans.
This is one of the main financial advantages. Since the pavilion is not permanently attached to the ground (it has no fixed foundation), in many cases it is not subject to property tax as a permanent building, leading to significant savings in fixed operational costs.
Definitely yes. Our units are built on a rigid, self-supporting steel frame equipped with lifting lugs. This allows the pavilion to be lifted by crane and transported to a new location multiple times without risk of structural distortion or glass cracking—ideal for leased land.
Air conditioning with a heat pump function comes standard in NTC Pavilions. It is a 2-in-1 solution: cooling in summer and highly efficient heating in winter (even during heavy frost). Upon request, we also install energy-efficient electric convector or oil heaters, as well as air curtains at the entrance doors.
Pavilions are delivered with complete electrical wiring terminating in an external power socket (“plug and play”). Water and sewage pipes are concealed within the walls and routed beneath the structure or through a side wall, allowing quick connection to external networks or holding tanks.
Our pavilions are virtually maintenance-free. The steel frame has anti-corrosion protection, and the sandwich panel cladding requires no painting. You only need to inspect gutter clearance and the condition of door and window seals once a year.
